Order processing
Every order is reviewed before it ships. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after they clear review. Orders don't ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, and first orders on a new account may take one extra business day.
When your shipping label is created, we email you a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show tracking updates. Signed-in customers can also follow each order under Account → Orders.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you before shipping with the expected date and the option to ship the rest of your order now or cancel the delayed item.

Expedited and overnight shipping aren't available.
Delivery estimates start from the ship date and don't include weekends or holidays. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery dates are estimates and can't be guaranteed.
Orders of $500 or more ship with signature required, and larger orders may need additional verification before they ship.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't currently ship internationally or to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.
Packaging and storage on arrival
Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, which are stable at ambient temperature for normal transit times. On arrival, store unopened vials refrigerated or frozen, dry and away from light, and handle them according to your laboratory's safety procedures. Each order includes its lot numbers so you can match vials to their certificates of analysis.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you submit an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout, and packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once the shipping cost is paid again.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Every order is checked, documented and photographed before it leaves our facility. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an uncut unboxing video, as described under Returns and refunds below. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Packages marked delivered by the carrier are the buyer's responsibility, but we'll help you file a carrier claim.
Returns and refunds
Because research materials can degrade once they leave our controlled storage, we can't accept returns of items that have been opened, used or stored by the buyer, and returned items can't be resold.
Within 7 days of delivery, you may request a return for:
An item that arrived damaged or with a broken seal
An incorrect item or quantity
An unopened item that doesn't match its certificate of analysis
Unboxing video required. Every return or damage claim must include one continuous, uncut video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish. The video should clearly show the unopened package and its shipping label before opening, every step of opening it, and the contents and any problem with them. Edited, paused or partial videos, or photos alone, can't be accepted, and claims without a qualifying video will be declined. We recommend recording every unboxing.
To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the video, and don't send anything back until we reply. Requests are reviewed case by case. Approved returns receive a return authorization and instructions. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
Approved returns are resolved with a refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the problem was our error. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to post them.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, and the returns section above applies.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks filed on orders that were delivered as described may result in account closure.
Research use only
All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA approved and are not for human or animal use. We may cancel or refuse any order, before or after review, where we have reason to believe products will be used outside of lawful laboratory research. Results of any research can't be guaranteed.

Who can buy from you?

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. With an account, your name and email fill in at checkout, and you can track orders and send support requests from one place. .
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, choose Proceed to checkout, check the research-use confirmations, enter your name and email, and choose Submit for review. You'll get an order number right away.
Why is every order reviewed?
We review each order before it ships to make sure it meets our research-use-only terms. We may contact you with questions, and we may cancel any order that appears to be for use outside lawful laboratory research.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, at no charge, any time before it ships. Contact us with your order number. Once an order ships it can't be canceled, but our returns policy still applies.

What form do products come in?
Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. The net amount for each size is shown on the product page and the vial label.
How are products tested?
Each lot is tested by an independent lab for identity by mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and purity by HPLC before it ships. Purity is listed only where a certificate is published. For other lots, request the certificate before ordering.
How do I get a certificate of analysis?
A lot-specific certificate of analysis is included with every order, and the lot number on your vial matches it. You can also request one from any product page or from .
How should I store products?
Store sealed vials refrigerated or frozen, dry and protected from light, and handle them according to your laboratory's safety procedures.
Do you provide usage instructions?
No. We don't provide usage guidance or any medical advice. Requests for that information will be declined.
Are your products FDA approved?
No. Products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not FDA approved and are not drugs, supplements or cosmetics.

Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Within 7 days of delivery, you can request a return for an item that arrived damaged, an incorrect item or quantity, or an unopened item that doesn't match its certificate of analysis. Every request must include one continuous, uncut video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish. Requests without a qualifying video can't be accepted. Opened or used items can't be returned, and please contact us before sending anything back.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping isn't refundable unless the problem was our error. See our Shipping & returns policy for full details.

Information we collect
Information you give us:
Account details: your name, email address, phone number, role or title, shipping address, and institution or company if you provide it, plus your password, which is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
Order details: the products, quantities and prices you order, your name and email as the electronic signature on the order, and your shipping address.
Confirmations: the research-use and age confirmations you check on entry, at account creation and at checkout, with the date and time.
Support requests: the topic, related order and message you send us, and any emails you exchange with us.
Payment information: when payment is enabled, card or bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting and security providers may log your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your account, orders and support requests on your device. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. If you clear your browser's storage, you'll be signed out on that device. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. We don't use Google or anyone else for analytics or advertising. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we'll update this policy first.

How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order, shipment, lot-number and research-use confirmation records for at least two years after each order, and longer where the law requires. Support requests are kept for as long as needed to resolve them and keep a record of our service. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords and limited staff access. No website or storage system is completely secure, so please use a unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
Access and correction: you can see your account details under Account → Profile and ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
Deletion: you can delete your account under Account → Profile, or ask us to delete your information. We may keep order and compliance records we're required to retain.
Marketing: you can opt out of any marketing email using the unsubscribe link.
Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request a copy, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we don't sell or share it for advertising). To make a request, email us. We'll verify your identity before acting on it and won't treat you differently for using your rights. You can appeal a decision on your request by replying to our response.
Age requirement
This site is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we'll delete it if we learn we have.

These terms govern your use of this website and every purchase from Quality Research Peptides ("we," "us"). By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

2. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not FDA approved, and they are not sold, labeled or intended as drugs, foods, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, household chemicals or in-vitro diagnostics. They must not be used in or on humans or animals, consumed in any way, or used for recreational purposes.
Products have not been sterilized or tested for safety or effectiveness in any consumer, clinical or commercial application. Listing a product doesn't grant any license to use it in a way that infringes a patent or other right.
3. Your responsibilities as a buyer
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You will use products only for lawful laboratory research, by or under the supervision of a technically qualified individual.
You understand the health and safety hazards of handling research chemicals, will use appropriate laboratory controls and protective equipment, and will inform anyone working with the products of those hazards.
You are responsible for researching and verifying each product's properties and hazards before use.
You will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act. Some products may not be listed on the TSCA Inventory, and you are responsible for any TSCA requirements that apply to your use.
You will not resell, repackage or distribute products to any third party.
You will safely store and dispose of products according to your laboratory's procedures and applicable law.
4. No usage guidance
We don't provide usage instructions or any medical advice. Product descriptions and certificates of analysis describe the material only and don't suggest any use in humans or animals. If an order, message or support request indicates that a product will be used for anything other than lawful laboratory research, we will refuse the sale, cancel any open orders, notify you by email and note the refusal on your account.
5. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, violate these terms or are involved in misuse, chargeback abuse or fraud.
6. Orders, pricing and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Every order is reviewed, and an order is accepted only when it ships. We may cancel an order before shipping, for example if a product is unavailable, if a price or listing contains an error, or if we can't complete our review. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you submit your order. Promotions can't be combined unless we say so and may end at any time. You agree to pay all charges for your order, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
7. Shipping, risk of loss, returns and cancellations
Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & returns policy, which is part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

We describe products and their certificates of analysis as accurately as we can, but we don't warrant that every description on the site is complete or error-free. Each product is guaranteed to match its stated identity and purity specification at the time it ships; if it doesn't, your remedy is a replacement or refund as described in our Shipping & returns policy.
Apart from that guarantee, products and this website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any research result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or research, arising from the products or this site, whether the claim is based on contract, negligence, strict liability or any other theory. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your handling, storage, possession, use or disposal of products (alone or combined with other substances), your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.
11. Website content
The site's text, graphics, logos, label designs and other content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using automated tools to collect its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms, the site or your purchases will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Products are offered for sale in the United States only; you're responsible for knowing whether purchasing or possessing a product is lawful where you are.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver. These terms, together with our Shipping & returns policy and privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and your purchases.
